STATEMENT OF
RESEARCH
Dr. Jaccard is nationally recognized for his work in the area of adolescent risk, parenting and quantitative methodology. The author of five books and over 100 journal articles, he has been awarded over $4.5 million in support from major research organizations over the last ten years. His findings and insights are now instrumental in defining theory and practice in efforts to reduce adolescent pregnancy and drunk driving by adolescents. Dr. Jaccard conducts research on attitudes, communication, decision making, parenting of adolescents, intervention design, and quantitative methods.
