Student Organizations

Becoming an active member of psychological associations outside of the classroom has many advantages.  Undergraduate and Graduate student psychology organizations can provide you with the opportunity to participate in activities that will advance your professional development.  These groups promote students’ identification with the science of psychology while encouraging participation in service and research activities that enhance the behavioral health of people in the community.  Further, by participating you are given opportunities to interact with faculty and other professional psychologists outside of the classroom.  Below are some campus based and external organizations that are specifically geared toward students interested in the field of psychology.
